What does the CMI Group's descriptor look like in my credit card statement? How would I know this charge was from you?
The descriptors in your credit card statement could vary depending on which processor processed your transaction. These are the current discriptors you may see in your credit card statement:
- jbilcs.com
- KakinHelp.com
- KWIKPAY LONDON
- iBill
- MSBill
- PGGLOBAL
- 2000Charge
- NetPurchase, or
- PayCom

Why am I being charged monthly?
Please read the Terms and Conditions. If you did not cancel within the period designated in the Terms and Conditions, your subscription will be automatically renewed each month until you unsubscribe form our service.

I did not join any membership, and I don't know why my credit card is being charged.
First make certain that you or your family members have not joined any trial or monthly membership subscription. Under the Terms and Conditions if the membership was not canceled within the trial period or the first pay period, the membership will be automatically renewed.
If you wish to unsubscribe, please use the automated Cancel Subscription to cancel, or contact our customer support at Kakinhelp.com, and we will be glad to assist you in canceling the membership. We will be adding phone service in the near future.
If you are certain that you did not buy any subscription, and your card was used fraudulently, please notify our customer support. Not only will we pay you back, but you can be assured that we will deal with such criminal activity and fraud by all possible means. I tried to use the < Cancel Subscription > and it's not working.
The form is case sensitive. Please spell and input all information correctly. If you changed your Email address recently, or have multiple accounts, please try your old address or other addresses.
When you signed up for a membership, a receipt was sent out to the email address you have provided. Please locate your receipt to verify all the information you have provided. With the receipt, it will take only a matter of minutes to cancel.

Can I get a refund?
If you joined a trial or a full subscription and you failed to cancel the membership within the agreed period, and for that reason your membership was automatically renewed, legally we are not obligated to give you a refund. This policy is not any different from those of a fitness center membership or other monthly subscriptions, whether that is a digital service or a physical service; whether you use the service or not. If you want to unsubscribe to the service, please use the Cancel Subscription or contact our customer support at Kakinhelp.com, and we will be glad to assist you in canceling the membership.
However, if you are certain that for some reason you were charged by us after your cancellation, please provide supporting documents to the customer support. Once we are provided with the appropriate information, we will process your refund immediately. |

What kind of policy does the CMI Group have against online credit card fraud?
The CMI Group employs an aggressive policy against online credit card fraud in order to protect both its associates and the consumers.
Credit card numbers could be stolen in a variety of ways, including regular transactions in restaurants, your bank receipts or by your own computer being hacked into. As long as you do have a credit card transaction record somewhere, there is always a chance and a risk of your information being stolen. In order to protect your privacy and personal information, we only store the first and the last four digits of your credit card, your name and the expiration date in our system. This information is used only to verify that you are indeed the cardholder and to provide adequate support.
In order to prevent credit card fraud, CMI group uses the latest technology in the field and analyze the data from all angles. We keep the registered e-mail address, the IP addresses used to sign up and access our sites, and records of site usage in a database. Once we detect fraud we aggressively respond to the case.
In such a process, when fraud is reported and/or detected, in order to protect you, the customer, we report how and where your card was used to the appropriate institutions.

I tried to buy a subscription with a card that was once used fraudulently, and I can't get a membership.
If you have reported that your card was used fraudulently to a credit card company, the card number, the IP and e-mail addresses used for fraudulent activity will be recorded in an international database for fraudulent card numbers. Once that card is on the blacklist, it becomes very difficult to use that card online again. We recommend you try another card. |
